 The TerpsiXorians Hellenic Dance Group of New Jersey is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the Greek traditions & customs. We teach our members Greek dances, customs & traditions so that we can pass them down to many generations to come. In addition, we ‘display’ our culture by performing at weddings, festivals, dinner – dances, charity events/fund raisers & competitions, It is made up of individuals 13 yearsof age and older (high school, college, adults), from different communities of New Jersey. The group was founded in 1994 by Angelo D. Gergatsoulis, has appeared in several magazines, newspapers and has placed 1st the three times it has participated in the Folk Dance Festival in Maryland.
